Patients find their own way to room 214

NaviGo guides patients to the door of the room step by step. No asking at reception, no app install, no beacons.

Why is the map on your phone useless inside a clinic?

Satellite signal doesn't get through the roof and walls. The phone shows a dot the size of half a wing, or nothing at all.

Patients go and ask at reception. The line grows while staff explain the way to room 214 hundreds of times a day.

Anyone who can't find the room in time is late for the appointment. The schedule slips, the doctor waits, a line builds at the door.

Three steps every patient already knows

  1. 1

Points the camera at a QR code

QR codes sit at the entrances, at reception and by the elevators. The map opens in the browser and knows right away where the patient is. Nothing to download.

  2. 2

    Chooses where to go

Search by room number, department or service. Reception, lab, treatment room, restroom, exit.

  3. 3

    Follows the prompts

The route guides you step by step and switches floors on its own in the elevator or on the stairs. Patients with limited mobility get routes through elevators only. Position comes from the phone's own sensors, so it works where the signal is weak.

One product, every kind of building

The navigation logic is the same; the vocabulary and the scenarios change: stores in a mall, boarding gates at an airport, rooms in a clinic.

Malls

Stores, food court, parking, tenant promotions.

Airports

Gates, check-in, passport control, walk time to your gate.

Expos

Stands and pavilions, the program, a route from your shortlist.

Clinics

Rooms, reception, lab. Fewer late arrivals for appointments.

Rail stations

Platforms, ticket offices, waiting areas, exits to the street.

Where do patients actually go?

Navigation leaves a trail: which routes patients build, where they get to, where the queues pile up. For the first time the head doctor sees how busy each building is from data, not gut feel.

  • Heat map of patient flow by corridor and floor
  • How busy each area is: reception, lab, departments
  • Lost-and-found reports with the patient's route attached
  • Access for reception: change a room or consulting hours in a minute

The brighter the line, the more patients walk that corridor.

FAQ

Do visitors need to install an app?

No. The map opens in the browser from a link or a QR code. It works on any phone, including an elderly patient's.

Do you need beacons or any other hardware?

No. Position comes from the phone's own sensors, starting from the point the patient confirmed with a QR code or picked by hand. Nothing to install, no hardware to maintain.

What do you need from us to launch?

Floor plans and one contact who can answer questions about the buildings. We map the corridors, rooms and elevators ourselves, in our own editor.

How do we update the map when rooms or schedules change?

In the manager's dashboard: move a consultation to another room, change its label or hours yourself in a minute. Reception can be given its own login.

How much does it cost?

Depends on the floor area and the number of floors and buildings. Message us and we'll price it for your clinic.
