The right stand out of hundreds, in a minute

NaviGo walks visitors from stand to stand down their own shortlist. No app install, no beacons, no satellite.

Why is the map on your phone useless at an expo?

Satellite signal doesn't get through the pavilion roof. The phone shows a dot the size of half the hall, or nothing at all.

Visitors walk the rows at random or squint at a paper plan. The organizer's desk explains the way to the right stand hundreds of times a day.

Exhibitors in the far pavilions lose footfall for one reason: nobody gets to their stands.

Three steps every visitor already knows

  1. 1

Points the camera at a QR code

QR codes sit at the entrances, at registration and in the aisles between pavilions. The map opens in the browser and knows right away where a person is. Nothing to download.

  2. 2

    Chooses where to go

Search by exhibitor name, stand number or program. Conference hall, restroom, exit. Starred stands build into one route in walking order.

  3. 3

    Follows the prompts

The route guides you step by step and switches floor and pavilion on its own. Position comes from the phone's own sensors, so it works in halls where the network is overloaded.

One product, every kind of building

The navigation logic is the same; the vocabulary and the scenarios change: stores in a mall, boarding gates at an airport, rooms in a clinic.

Malls

Stores, food court, parking, tenant promotions.

Airports

Gates, check-in, passport control, walk time to your gate.

Expos

Stands and pavilions, the program, a route from your shortlist.

Clinics

Rooms, reception, lab. Fewer late arrivals for appointments.

Rail stations

Platforms, ticket offices, waiting areas, exits to the street.

Where do visitors actually go?

Navigation leaves a trail: which stands people look for, where they actually get to, which pavilions they walk past. The organizer sees real footfall and reports to exhibitors with numbers, not eyeball estimates.

  • Heat map of flow by pavilion and row
  • Demand by stand: which exhibitors people search for and which ones they reach
  • Lost-and-found reports with the visitor's route attached
  • A separate dashboard for each exhibitor: stand listing, program, photos

The brighter the line, the heavier the flow of visitors down that aisle.

FAQ

Do visitors need to install an app?

No. The map opens in the browser from a link in the ticket or a QR code. It works on any phone.

Do you need beacons or any other hardware?

No. Position comes from the phone's own sensors, starting from the point the visitor confirmed with a QR code or picked by hand. Nothing to install on site, no hardware to maintain.

What do you need from us to launch?

The floor plan and one contact who runs the venue. We map the aisles and stands ourselves, in our own editor.

How fast does the map get built, and what happens to it after the expo closes?

A typical expo gets mapped within a few days of us receiving the layout plan. When it closes the map goes offline and the flow data stays with the organizer. The next event at the same venue launches faster: the aisles are already mapped.

What does a map for one event cost?

Depends on the floor area and the number of stands. You pay per event, no annual subscription. Message us and we'll price it for your expo.
